One of the
few 'new homes' we've recently done. Again, vivid colour adds a dramatic
appearance to an otherwise typical design. |
Residential exteriors
take a lot of abuse in Vancouver. The surfaces are wet 6-9 months of the
year and the rest of the time a depleted ozone layer bakes away at the
paint. Exposed wood can rot if not well coated and stucco can crack and
allow moisture seepage. Apart from structural protection, a fresh coat
of paint makes your place nicer to look at and live in. Repainting is considered
one of the best investments to increase your home's resale value. And redecorating
your home's interior is much cheaper than moving! |

| COMMERCIAL |
 |
| Commercial
clients re-decorate to improve sales and profit. A better image attracts
more business and the company expands. For example, an ad firm hired us
to design and repaint their offices. It cost less than $2000 for the whole
package and yet the space was transformed into a hip, modern and very professional
looking office. |

Before
and After: Pictures speak louder than words. |

| INDUSTRIAL |
 |

We
painted this manufacturing plant amidst its 24 hour production schedule. |
Factories and warehouses present their own challenges. Trucks are coming and going and forklifts are whizzing around with 2000 lb loads. Safety and cooperation are key. Using a boom lift rather than ladders cut labour by approximately 40%. This meant we could sell the job at a lower price, and still make money while giving an excellent job with top-of-the-line paint. |

| MURALS |
 |
| Murals can be painted directly
onto walls, or onto panels so they are moveable. They add a personalized
touch for interior or exterior display |

The
Morgan 'Trike' above, a rare vintage auto, was done for a British Car Club. |

| FAUX FINISH |
 |

This condo
was painted 'contractor beige' when we arrived. The client showed us a
faux finish from a magazine. With on-site custom tinting we matched the
decor. A Photo Finish! |
Faux (French for
'false') Finish is the use of various implements and colours to recreate
the illusion of woodgrain or marble, velvet or wood, or any other texture
and pattern. The beauty of this type of patterned finish is that unlike
wallpaper, you paint right over it when you want to change the design.
Removing wallpaper can be messy and time consuming, and often the wall
surface requires extensive work to smooth it out again. If you can imagine
it, our artists can paint it. |
